The word “anthology” comes from the Latin words Anthos (flower) and Logia (collection). Today, we know an anthology as a published collection of artwork or poetry.

I started Floral Anthology in 2020 because it had become clear to me that flowers were the medium by which I could best express my taste, my personality, truly who I am as a person. At the time, I was in school studying multimedia journalism and turning every project I had into an article or editorial on the floral industry. I could not shake the infatuation. My dream is for Floral Anthology to eventually morph into a collective of all things botanical, artwork, fashion, writing, you name it, both digitally and in a physical space.

For now, Floral Anthology operates as an intimate events and editorial studio, as well as appearing at the occasional pop up shop. My events are typically under 150 people and a bit nontraditional. The types of events that inspire me tend to include special botanical details, unexpected color palettes, personalized decor, unlikely venues, an amazing wardrobe, and a client that trusts me to create something beautiful.
