For years, it had been a dream of mine to attend a Fleuropean workshop and learn from Emily Avenson and in April, I finally made that happen. I spent 3 days tucked away in the countryside of Neufchateau, Belgium at Château Wodemont in a florist’s dream world. We explored the vast grounds, picked whatever specimens our hearts desired, were treated to fresh feasts, and made the most invaluable friendships. This was the ultimate creative practice as I was able to focus solely on design without outside interference and was filled with inspiration that came through the flowers growing in the garden.
